ok so do it like this...you guys have a class together...ask him some things about the class to start off with...then move up to bigger and better things such as start asking questions about him...by then you should be able to figure it out or you might even be able to just come out and ask him by then...What does this mean???? There we're guys in high school i was too nervous to tell how I felt. I waited around for the longest time for them to make the first move and it never happened. I would go for it. The worst thing he could no is say he doesn't like you the same way, then you can always find another hot guy. ;-)

not all ';looks'; are properly interpreted correct. i would suggest being his friend.
you know what, i have looked at women so many times in my life and in so many ways. they may interpret it nicely or rudely, even sexually.. but am the only one who knew why, how and what type of ';check'; i gave.
if you have some common friend, find a way to get u introduced. if not, i am sure there are many ways to start a conversation given a proper timing, place and company.
go ahead. plan you move. it would be a nice experience to meet him, know him.. and eventually (and sweetly, maybe) to let him show his true feelings.
Why would you think he liked you because he caught you and maybe gave you an expression of ';are you okay?'; or ';close one, you almost ate it';? I think that you are looking too far into this event.
If he starts to flirt with you then obviously he likes you but just catching someone before they fall...just means he's nice.
not all guys do that but chances are he might like you. talk to him and get to know him. give it a little time and if things seem to be going good talk to him and find out if he likes you. it never hurts to ask and it'll take a load off your mind if you do

Well, the only way you can do is ask him. or make a signal that you like him... start conversation, ask to go out, appear when he play sport( if he does)... something like that~ be creative.
get his cell phone number and text him.. if you don't have a cell phone, IM him online.. or talk to him on myspace.. it's so much easier flirting texting or on IM.. because then you could just like, huh?? i'm not flirting with you if he isn't interested!!! good luck girl!! that stuff always worked for me! my boyfriend and i met at a bar (well so many underage paople went there it wasn't really like a bar lol) but at the end of the night he was like what's your number? i put the wrong number in his phone (i was drinking oops) but a few days later got his number from my friend, (he ws her age so she knew him) i texted him that night (he didn't have text so he called) the next day he got text messaging added to his phone.. a month later we were dating.. 2 years later, we live together and have a 1 yr old..
