Advice on guys..?

I like this guy, I want to be more then just friends. Maybe not right away, but someday. I think he might like me, but I can never tell. We flirt alot %26amp; he is sweet.We get pretty close sometimes..=) I enjoy being around him too. I need advice on how to get him and how to maybe tell if he likes me. One thing is I think he might like another girl, but i can't tell on that either.. HELP. =)Advice on guys..?
You don't need advice on guys in general, you need to know how to approach this particular guy. If you're too shy don't bother. You said he may already like another girl...so ask him if he has a girlfriend. He'll either say yes or no and that's your opening to ask if he would like to go out with you. for sure he likes u.. if he hangs out with u alot and flirts with u. then he likes u... but if he likes the other girl too.. then whoever asks him out first gets to be his girlfriend.... so u better hurry and ask him out or she'll get him and you'll regret it forever...
