Recently my younger sister has been hanging around my boyfriend and my friends, and I don't like it at all. Sure I am considered good looking, but she is basically a better version of me because she is blonde and has bigger boobs, ect. I feel inferior to her even though I am older...

Nothing. :) That's just one guy's opinion. If you say you're beautiful, then you don't have to change anything, in addition, you would feel good if you would just accept who you are, eventually, others would notice and like you just the way you are... All natural. Insecurities will only lead to low self esteem.... Another thing, might as well not compete with your sister, you said that you're older than her, then, just be happy for her because she's doing great.
Eat lots of healthy food, wear makeup, wear sexy clothes.
Don't worry about her. She's not going to steal your boyfriend.
